Loved the convenient restaurant on site and the great location near the park entrance! Made it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out to explore. Clean and spacious room, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.
The check-in felt like a scene from a game show—who can get processed the quickest? And don't get me started on the noise from upstairs. are they training for the Olympics?

The location is perfect for exploring Bryce Canyon, just a short drive away. The swimming pool was a good size and very warm. Breakfast options were excellent and surpassed typical offerings. However, the building we stayed in felt quite outdated, and there was noticeable noise from the room above us, which impacted our comfort during the night.

The location was excellent, close to Bryce Canyon National Park and several nearby attractions. The staff was accommodating and the room was nicely decorated, which we appreciated. the dining experience was a bit frustrating with long wait times and no option to reserve a table. we enjoyed our time exploring the park's breathtaking views, but the hotel could use some improvements in restaurant service.

The hotel featured a charming rustic decor, highlighting its historic heritage, and I appreciated the easy accessibility with ramps and wide hallways that made navigating the property comfortable for me during my stay.
More comfortable seating in the dining area would help.

missingWrote a review on Nov 08excellent breakfastspacious roomgreat locationslow check-inmixed-up room
I had a great stay at Best Western Ruby's Inn. The free buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. So many choices that made it perfect for our family. Rooms felt spacious, especially with two queen beds. The microwave and fridge in our room were super handy. Location is awesome, just minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park. Loved the charming western town across the street, although many shops were closed during our visit. On the downside, the check-in process was slow. Had to wait longer than expected, and they mixed up our room assignments. The pool was too far from our building, making it inconvenient to access, especially at night. Our lake view room didn’t quite match reality. What they called a lake was more of a dried pond. Still, overall, a fun place to stay with family-friendly vibes.

The location near a national park is fantastic, and the on-site restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet. the room could use updates. it felt a bit dark and the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. It's a decent choice for families looking for convenience and proximity to outdoor activities.

The location is just minutes from the park entrance, making it convenient for exploring. The breakfast had a good variety, including tasty gluten-free options. However, the air-conditioning unit was noisy, which made it hard to sleep comfortably at times. Additionally, the parking lot was quite icy during my stay, which could be improved.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23great locationindoor pooleasy accessdated facilities
The location is prime, with easy access just a few miles from the entrance to an iconic national park. The indoor pool offers a large space for families to unwind after a day of adventure.
The facilities feel quite dated, with the room resembling a worn-out motel rather than a fresh hotel stay. Dining options are severely limited. the restaurant has a cafeteria vibe, with plastic utensils and a menu that leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is included but consists mainly of standard hotel fare, failing to impress. The overall condition of the parking lot and common areas also needs attention, making it somewhat less appealing.

excellent proximity to national park, indoor heated pool, extensive shopping area for food and souvenirs
Noisy toilets and creaking floors distract from the experience!!! !!! Poor sound insulation lets you hear every movement from adjacent rooms!!! Overall look needs refreshing, some areas feel dated!!!
